Embark with us on an exploration of prophetic scripture as we unravel the enigma of the 70 weeks prophesied in the book of Daniel, and what it portends for the end times. Like Noah before the flood, we underscore the urgency of seeking salvation before it becomes too late. In the intricate tapestry of Daniel 9:27, we decode the emergence of the Antichrist and the consequential seven-year period that heralds pivotal end times events. With a thoughtful approach to scripture, we aim to light your path through the complexities of biblical prophecy, providing the tools for discernment that are essential for any believer navigating these profound texts.

As we cast our gaze towards the horizon of the end times, our conversation veers into the sobering prophecies of tribulation and judgment. From the deceptive peace of the Antichrist to the global unrest and celestial disruptions foretold in Revelation, the episode paints an unflinching portrait of a world shaken to its core. Amidst the discussion of environmental catastrophes and the persecution of post-rapture Christians, a personal testimony highlights the call to action that resonates through the ages: to embrace one's spiritual calling with certainty. As we prepare to delve into the seven vials of Revelation 16 in our next episode, we leave you with a message of love and divine purpose, encouraging all to spread the word of God's unwavering love for each of us.

Now, if you're following the podcast in chronological order and yes, we are going to go live we just have to get some things taken care of first and then we'll get our studio set up. If you're following the podcast in chronological order, we've come to the point where we were talking about prophecy last week, and just a really quick recap.

Speaker 1:

Please understand that the deal with dealing with prophecy and a lot of times, people want to have prophecy and knowing that, they want to kind of, you know, live close to the world but be able to jump in at the last minute. And I have to say this, and I'm saying this because I kind of I used to live life like that and a lot of people that will come to you and ask you about prophetic scriptures and stuff like that are kind of looking for that off-ramp, the sign, the last sign. You want to get in before everything kind of goes sideways. But here's the thing If you do that, if you do that, there's a very strong possibility that you'd miss the boat, and I mean that in the Noah sense. I'm going to make up a word called the Noah addicts. Why is that? Because Jesus said it's going to be in as it was in the days of Noah, where people were, noah was preaching for 120 years, 120 years and the people were not even aware of what was happening until the flood came and took them all away. And I'm assuming because you know people are who they are that when the first raindrops started falling, a couple people probably said, hey, isn't this what noah was talking about? And they went to go bang on the ark and they could not get in. So he said Jesus said it's going to be like it was in days of Noah.

Speaker 1:

Now let's get into our lesson, because most of the time when people talk about prophecy they want to talk about revelation and it's almost like you said last week. It's almost impossible to fully understand what's going on in Revelation without reading the accompanying book of Daniel and where those prophecies are starting to be fulfilled in Revelation. So we last talked, we were talking about the 70 weeks of Daniel, and in that 70 weeks of Daniel there's a space of time between the 69th week and the 70th week. Now, the space between the 69th week and the 70th week is not our proverbial seven days, it is not our proverbial seven years, it is the church age. So, as long as the Holy Ghost is being given out, people are being, you know, repenting and baptized in Jesus' name and get the Holy Ghost. Evidence is speaking in tongues and you know those kind of revival situations are going on. It's still the church age, which leads you to sort of understand that at some point this age must end. Now I don't know when it's going to end and there's nothing in the Bible that's going to tell you when it's going to end. The only thing that the Bible will tell you is what happens after the church age ends. Alright, so let's go back to Daniel, chapter 9 27,. And then we're going to jump into Revelation. Okay, daniel 9 27. Oh, yes, by the way, if you ever Talk about a scripture on the podcast?

Speaker 1:

Always read a verse or two Above verse or two below, preferably the whole chapter. Why? Because context is key. So back to chapter 9, verse 27, and he shall confirm the covenant with many. Text is key. So back to chapter 9, verse 27 of the book of Daniel, and he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week, and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abomination shall he make it decimals, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the decimals.

Speaker 1:

Now, if you are reading this and you're not applying any discernment and you're not reading it with understanding, you think it's just a week and then sometime around Wednesday things are going to go horribly sideways. That's not what we're talking about. This. Is Daniel actually talking about the coming Antichrist? So what we're talking about here is, in this week, which is a period of seven years, daniel says that in this week of years, the Antichrist system prince will sort of show himself and will break an agreement, a huge agreement, with the Jewish nation. It has nothing to do. They're not even looking for deterrence. The focus of the Antichrist will be to destroy the Jewish nation and in so doing, will bring much havoc, much chaos, much destruction on the earth. And remember we're talking about now there being a difference between the 69th week or interval between the 69th week and the 70th week.

Speaker 1:

This is the church age. This has nothing to do with the Jewish people. We have two sections here Church. We have the Jews. This will be very important later in understanding Revelation. So once the church age exists during the seven years of tribulation this is why I tend to be pre-tribulation, like when people ask you are you pre-trib or post-trib or mid-trib? As far as the rapture is concerned? I JJ here tend to be pre-trib or mid-trib. As far as the rapture is concerned, I JJ here tend to be pre-tribulation because there's so many things that point to a rapture happening just before the tribulation.

Speaker 1:

So during the seven years of tribulation there are a lot of bad people that are going to bring a lot of calamities upon us. And even on top of that, the way people are going to do things out of calamities upon earth and and even on top of that, the way people are going to do things out of the evenness of their heart, god is going to pour on more judgment now. These things are going to take shape in the form of seals, trumpets and vials, three separate sections of events and, in order to to kind of read what's happening there, revelation, chapter 6, 8, 9, 15, and 16. Now we're not going to go through we can never get through all that in one episode. So let's take our time and go through what's going to happen During this time between chapter 6 and 16,.

Speaker 1:

There is going to be a time of suffering on this world that we've never known, never known. And just think of some of the really bad times of human history and understand that the Bible says that these things will pale in comparison to what happened. Think of World War I, how bad that was, how many people died. Think of how many people died in World War II. Think of all of the various genocides that have happened and I mean like real genocides that have happened throughout human history and understand for the pandemics that we've had. Understand that what is coming will make these look like sitting in Sunday school. This is what the Bible says, not JJ. This is what the Bible is saying.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk about the seals Now. These seals are going to be reopened, or opened in Revelation 6. And what they do is these seals. They describe a certain series of events. Now the first one is going to be the Enterprise Will sort of win the world over To himself. Now I know we like to think the Enterprise is some evil, evil, wicked person. You're going to be able to smell him From a mile away. But the problem is it's not going to necessarily happen that way. The Enterprise is actually going to appear, make himself appear as if he is at first just a person that is very charismatic, with a star in his eye. He's going to speak real eye, he's going to speak real well and he's going to be able to convince a lot of people. That's what you have to do first. You have to convince enough people so that when you start making your, you know, when you start tightening your ring, that the people you've already convinced turn on the other people. That is where a lot of war is going to come and you're going to have a certain section, certain sections of people who are just not going to be dealing with it. And let's keep it. You know, realistic here and let's keep it. You know, realistic here.

Speaker 1:

It's not like everybody's going to convert to anti-Christianity Rulingly. You're going to have Muslims that just will not do it. You're going to have Buddhists and other religions and things like that that will not willfully convert to anti-Christianity, and I'm using this term I hope this is afully convert to anti-Christianity, and I'm using this term, I hope this is a good term Anti-Christianity, because this is for you to follow the Antichrist and it's going to come. He's going to initially come as a form of Christianity, but then he's going to switch it About that third week, About that third year, three and a half years, and he's going to turn on Israel and he's going to use some anti-Israeli sentiment I don't want to say anti-Semitic, because we throw that word around a lot and he's going to use that term to get a lot of war going on and that war will cause famine and death.

Speaker 1:

Just in the book sorry, chapter 6, one-fourth of the world's population will die. Remember, last week we were talking and I was like doing the math, thinking if you miss the rapture, you only have a one in four chance of surviving the next seven years. Here you already lose 25% of the world's population just because of war and the famine and death that followed Revelation 8 and 7. And then the first angel sounded and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood. They were cast upon the earth and a third part of the trees were burned up and all the green grass burned up. That's the judgment coming after the war, the famine and the death.

Speaker 1:

And during this time and this is where this is where it's going to be a very sad time for a lot of people, because you're going to see some people who will realize that they missed both, that they realized that they were serving the wrong God all the time and decide to try to turn to God, and during this time you will have a huge persecution. The Christian persecution that's going on right now will fail in comparison to what will happen after the rapture, when people start trying to turn to God. And the thing is that when they turn to God, they are going to have to do so without the benefit of having the Holy Ghost, because the Holy Ghost is going to be taken out once the church is taken out, so they're going to be basically winging it on their own. And during this time, revelation 6 is talking about catastrophic earthquakes and the moon is going to look like blood because of all the dust in the air and things like that, and people will hide in the mountains because they're going to be afraid. This is all happening only in chapter six. So if you're waiting for these signs to occur, for the end of crisis to show its face, for the earthquakes and the wars, you've already missed the boat. And so it's important to get your start right, right now.

Speaker 1:

And I I hate to say it because it you can kind of see some of the precursors to bring in some of the things that the Bible is talking about. Like, we literally had a period and just to kind of keep things general where the government said, in order for you to go to work, you had to get this thing, whether you wanted to or not, and you had to wear this thing, whether you wanted to or not. The government was God and you'd better comply, and we had people who were willing to enforce these things. But if you thought that was bad, this is just chapter 6. This is just the first seal, the first six seals, but now we've got the trumpets, which is from Revelation 8 and 9.

Speaker 1:

Now the first trumpet is going to be another hail and firestorm that's going to burn up over a third of the earth. That's what we were talking about in Revelations 8 and 7. Now a falling meteor is going to come along and destroy one thirdthird of the ships, which I don't know if you've ever taken time to think about all the things you have. Everything, almost everything you have, either has raw materials or was made in another country and was brought to you on a ship before it was put on a truck and brought to you Now. Shipping would include trucks and ships, but with that meteor falling into the ocean, the fish of the sea will die, which means you're going to have a whole problem getting food into your refrigerator and for your family, and one third of the seed is going to become like blood. This is still the trumpet judging. Poisons will contaminate one third of the water supply. This is, above and beyond what's going on with the seas. So water is going to be scarce, food is going to be scarce, supplies are going to be scarce, and then great darkness will come.

Speaker 1:

Now some people have said that great darkness is because of a nuclear winter, like if a meteor hits the earth, and science has sort of backed that out, that if a meteor hit the earth, yeah, you'd have a lot of fire, you would have a lot of shipping destroyed, you would have all those tidal waves and tsunamis would hit the ports, destroy all the ships. It would be a very bad situation. But then the dust just propelled into the atmosphere would actually block out the sun and you'd have a nuclear winter and it would be a really bad time to be on this planet. And you're going to have a period of about five months where scorpions will just go around just stinging everyone. Now, this is what the chances are.

Speaker 1:

Now people have speculated. What the scorpions mean I'm not going to. The Bible says scorpions is I'm going to go with scorpions. It's going to be a huge swarm of scorpions running around stinging me, because that's just the judgment. Don't ask me why. Ask God, okay, but then a 200,000 man army is going to kill a third of the population of the planet. So now we've had an untold number. We've had a fourth of the population, and now we've had a. We've had an untold number, we've had a fourth of the population and now we have another third. So again, your possibilities of surviving the next seven years are bad. Let's just keep it plain bad.

Speaker 1:

Now, in what way could a 200,000 man army destroy a third of the population. Now it could be anything from a rogue nation, a rogue army with, say, nuclear weapons, weapons of mass destruction, or it could be an army of demonic angels. We don't know. It could be any of those things. If you look at the way the Bible describes angels, there was an angel in the Old Testament that actually destroyed 185,000 men in one night. So it's possible, because you're looking at a large amount of people.

Speaker 1:

But then these are the judgments, the trumpet judgments, but we still now have the vials, and the vials go even further and we're gonna get into that next week. I don't want to start the vials without going all the way through them, but if you look at what's, if you look at the if, if you do the math right now, I think the population of the planet is about 6.8 billion. I'm going to round up, because math is math. Round it up to about 7 billion people population just in one of the judgments dying. That would be 1.75 billion or, in plain, plain english, 1 billion 750 million people dying. And this is going to happen within a very short window of time. Remember, this entire tribulation is going to be seven years, but after the covenant is broken is when everything really gets bad. So this 1.75 billion people is going to happen within, I estimate or guesstimate I would say, between the third and a half year to the fourth and a half year, because it only gets worse from there. But now you got to go back and do a third of the remainder, which would be somewhere around five billion. So now you're looking at one point almost two billion people to die, 1.6 billion, 1.5 billion that's going to die from the next judgment, and so forth and so on. It is going to be very tough and I can't stress that enough. This is not to draw fear or anything like that, but it's.

Speaker 1:

The Bible is very clear on these warnings in Revelation. Once you attach Daniel to Revelation and these things are going to happen, and there's there's not once God has decided that this is it, this is, these things are going to happen. The only thing that is delaying all of this right now, please understand the only thing that is delaying this right now is the fact that you and I can walk down to a church that preaches the truth, preaches holiness, preaches standards, and I'm talking about like biblical holiness. I'm not talking about just pulling a standard out of thin air and running with it that preaches the entire plan of salvation, baptized in Jesus' name, getting the Holy Ghost and speaking of the tongue. And I'm talking about as the Spirit gives the utterance, not as Dr Apostle gives the utterance, not as Dr Apostle gives the utterance.

Speaker 1:

So, once that happens, and that will be a relatively small number Of what we consider to be the Christianity movement yes, I said that it will be a relatively small number Of what we consider to be Christianity, because there are a lot of people out there that are missing some elements and God is going to take to it a pure church. God is going to take to them a pure church and it's not. You know, and there you read Revelations, chapter 2. There's seven different types of churches there and no, these are not like physical churches, like in a particular town. These are actually several different types of churches where God is speaking to them and he's telling us, he's warning us by speaking to them. And you know what? We will probably go into that next week when God is speaking to the churches and exactly the things he likes about each of these types of churches and what he did not like about these types of churches. And let me throw this disclaimer out there right now, by quote-unquote types of churches.

Speaker 1:

We're not talking denomination. We are not talking denomination. We are not talking denomination. As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure that to me.

Speaker 1:

In the book of JJ, it would seem to me that it was the devil that created the idea of denomination. Why you take the word denomination? The root word is nomination or nominate, or nom. Nom would be Latin for name. Once you attach the D in front of it, it will have the same effect as any other word you attach the D in front of it, such as delineate of desecrate. What you're basically doing is destroying the name, taking away from the name, erasing the name regenerate. You are taking away the ability to generate, regenerate. So it's very careful we're talking about.

Speaker 1:

People always ask me JJ, what denomination are you? I'm of no denomination, I'm a Christian. Now, if you are looking for this will generally tend to have people refine their questions. I will answer the question once they take the word denomination out. Well, who do you think has the truth? Well, if you're apostolic and apostolicolic, you probably have the closest thing to the truth that we have, because you are following what Jesus taught the apostles. The apostles went out to preach and the apostles went out to give. So right, we're not talking about denominations as far as Lutheran and Baptist and this, and that those are just signs on a door.

Speaker 1:

I have literally seen, uh, baptists preach the exact same thing as Pentecost. I've seen I don't know, I have not. I've seen different things. You couldn't tell what these people were when they started preaching one God. They started preaching baptism in Jesus name, repentance of sin, turning from sin, living a holy life and, yes, you and I can live a holy life. I never said it was easy, but when you get the Holy Ghost, it gives you. You and I can live holy life. I never said it was easy, but when you get the Holy Ghost, it gives you that little bit more strength to do so, and that's how we avoid these judgments and trials and things like that. Please understand, walkers, please understand. Please understand. I cannot stress this enough.

Speaker 1:

You're listening to this podcast. The Bible says to make your calling and election sure. Now, we ain't talking about whether you called the preacher or whether you elected to sit on the deacon. As a matter of fact, if JJ had his way, I would be happy sitting in the pew amongst the stuff. This podcast would not be even on the air. But when God tells you you have to do something, you just got to do it, okay. So I know I said a lot, probably went over a little bit. Love each and every one of you. We will continue this next week with the vials. There will be seven vials, so start reading Revelation 16. So I'm going to go through this pretty quickly, but then we're going to get into some details of what's going to happen during these judgments and things like that. All right, I love each and every one of you. Tell somebody you love them. Tell someone God loves them. No-transcript.
